Hi Guys
Well i don't want to sound rude or say that people havn't done this successfully.
But when i tried a set of 18" X 7" with 205 40 profile tyres with stock suspension the front spring platform clearance was the problem,(only just like a mm or 2) they would sit on
I'd say if u are prepared to play with the offset a little like only 5-10mm they should fit or even modify the spring platform by lifting it slightly
other options are tyre sizes and maybe the rim size, slightly smaller would all help
