killed all adware thining tha may have something to do with it, I do have Nortons Internet Security always running (dont see why that would conflict). Have re-installed OS as a system repair.

SYSTEM
svchost.exe (x3) - wrapper program for old dlls
cmd.exe - command prompt window
NISSERV.EXE - norton personal firewall
SYMPROXYSVC.EXE - Norton AV
ScsuAccess.EXE - ???
NISUM.EXE - Norton Internet Security
Navapsvc.exe - Norton Av
mdm.exe - Machine Debug Manager
KodakCCS.exe - Kodak camera thingy I assume?
DVDRAMSV.EXE - ???
spoolsv.exe - Print spooler
Isass.exe - If its "LSASS.exe" its part of windows
services.exe - part of windows
wimnlogon.exe - If its actually spelt like this then be SUS! winlogon.exe is ok.
csrss.exe - Windows client server runtime service
smss.exe - Windows Session Manager
System - Windows thing... its always there
System Idle Process - As above

NETWORK SERVICE
svchost.exe - wrapper for old dlls

LOCAL SERVICE
svchost.exe - as above

USER
Crazy Browser.exe - popup blocker for IE.
ctfmon.exe - part of office
Navapw32.exe - norton AV
IAMAPP.EXE - Norton thing
daemon.exe - Daemon tools (virtual cd thingy)
BsCLiP.exe - UDF cdwriter
essspk.exe - call waiting thing for your modem
EM_EXEC.EXE - Logitec mouse thingy
Wf2k.exe - Leadtek winfast thingy
explorer.exe - your desktop/start menu etc.
msnmsngr.exe - if its msnmsgr.exe its messenger
Change Wallpaper.exe - wallpaper changer?
RAMASST.exe - for an LG dvd writer
backWeb-7288971.exe - for your kodak camera
EasyShare.exe - for your kodak camera

(I know what alot of the stuff is, but just list all of them incase anyone knows anythign that maybe cause a possible conflict - I am only a semi-dummy)

I would say that rather than having a virus or spyware you just generally have too much crap running!

A format would probably do your machine some good.
