Thanks for the replies peoples.
Didnt want to take the pins out cause i dont have the right tools to DIY it. Pretty sure they are a press fit. Guess I will have to now. Gotta to take some bits to the engine builders anyway, get the block honed etc. Which is actually still decided whether or not i should. Lots of miss information...

Im might be reusing the rings (avialablity thing.), the block has polishing marks in the thrust directions (0,90,180,270degs), should i hone it if im reusing the rings?
