Well I managed to solve the problem,
I firstly fitted a Hella electronic flasher can, this slowed it down alot but it still flashed faster. Looking at the cicuit through the clear Hella case gave me an idea. I took the original sprinter one apart by uncliping it and replaced one of the two capacitors in it. I went from 33uf to 100uf and now it flashes slower than a standard sprinter, which I like. If I wanted it restored to stock then I think a 63uf would of been right. Anyway I made a good pic so I will post that soon. I dont know if anyone cares but I will do it anyway.
