your cam/s is abotut he same as my cam.. but mine is 4K 
with injection, idle should be ok.. my cam make peak torque around 4500, and there's not much below 3500.. EFI will help me tho.

if you need a dial gauge, i have a crap one...
start by putting cams in at stock positions, but you may find you need to alter them a little....
start stock, measure lift at TDC and see if you need to move them around...
