also in cams as a rule dont worry about if it is say 320 duration cam and has heaps of lift go by the 50 thou mark that will tell how hot the cam is and also how hard it is on the valve train you will need to change the valve springs std lift for the rg are 10.5 mm any way as i was saying 320 duration but at 50 thou only 266at 50 or 296 dur and at 50 thou 262 at 50 the 2nd 1 is harder on the valve train than the 1st 1 so when oredring a cam profile always look at the 50 thou mark . on the 18rg motor something btw 250 and 260 tops and also for advertised no more than 290 degress ,if using the std valve springs get them tested to see if they can handle the extra lift [Report message to a moderator]
