well if you know then it shouldn't be that hard. oil in must be pressurised (eg after the oil pump) oil out just drains to the sump water- just make it a part of the water circulation, but put the inlet(on the turbo) after the radiator, and the outlet before the radiator. so you get cooler water to the turbo. just have a look at the motor and look for parts on it that will allow you to achieve this.
