You'll find it hard to find a t28 lying around mate. Try getting one from nissan new in the box i think its cheaper than getting one from a workshop.
Not that hard to find. theres heaps of s14 turbos out there,the s15 t28s come up fairly often. A lot of silvia/200sx owners like to upgrade their turbos. find some silvia forums.
