Ok
I may have fixed the problem (touch wood  )
As i found that I already have a relay installed (zip tied to the + cable), I decided to disconnect it and check all the connections. As i removed the tape from it, one of the connection fell right off. I cleaned all the contacts and put them on more securly. I taped and ziptied it together and it hasent happend since.
This would explan why shaking the + battery termanal would fix things but then after a drive it would not start again.
Also the starter is sounding normal again.
I hope its fixed.
