I am currently running a GT30 (TO4S) with 0.7 front and 0.63 rear on my 3T GTE - it will happily support waaaayyy more than 200rwkW, it's not as reponsive as the CT26, but it is a much more power capable turbo. One of the smaller TO4's (GT28)with 44lb/min comp and .64 or .82 turbine housing may be better suited to the job (it will boost as quick as a CT26 twin entry or 20B and flow more air)and is in the same family that mr2 suggested. I suggest if you want to be happy with the result then speak to those in the know - Brett at GCG turbochargers 02 9708 2122 is one such person - they are good to deal with and get the job done in short order. $0.02 P.S you can get Garrett to send you a spread sheet showing the different off-the-shelf combinations (email me for more info).
