Forgive a dim guy a stupid question.
I take it that the two connections from the bottom tank on the radiator on a auto g/box are for cooling (heat exchanging) the transmission fluid ?
Otherwise the auto tranny has a water jacket and its water cooled ????
So, my question is, is there any benefit (on a manual car) using an auto g/box radiator and plumbing engine oil feed and return lines to it ?
Does it reap any cooling benefit ?
Probably not given the size and design of custom oil coolers but I thought I would ask the question.
Cheers,
Mitch.
