Well, to gain access to the oil feed on most cars you need a filter adapter/remote filter kit anyway, and if you fit this, you can buy an aftermarket full flow water/oil cooler, or else just use a water/air cooler like most of us. Or if you don't give your car a hard time, don't worry about it
