2TG starting problems Mon, 28 June 2004 03:22 Go to previous message
Got my 2TG/3TG in the other day and ive put on some solexs i havnt used for about 3 years, thing is it takes a couple of trys before i can get it started and running, but now i cant start it at all, with or without chokes open. what do you think it could be? they need a good tune i know that, but i had it running perfectly last week, also ive noticed sometimes when i put my foot down abit it starts to decelerate instead of accelerating, then just dies..

The timing is perfect on it and my point gap is set to about .5mm or a little more, that was the only way i got her running..

any suggestions appreciated
cheers.
