It is very unlikely to be a welsh plug, in most cases it will either be the front seal in the pump is gone and you will find it dripping from the front relief hole underneath once the engine is warmed up to temp, or it could be leaking from one of the two O-ring seals either on the block where the pump fits to or at the rear pipe to waterpump seal.
