vapour lock? help me make my car move again.

heres the deal. my sprinter has been sitting around for a good few months.. (2nd one, building it up.. gotta sell my other car first ect...)
it wont go. the battery is dead. no prob, some jumper leads should fix that... wrong. ok, so it cranks good.. but thats all it does.
check spark.. good healthy spark.
check fuel, ive got fuel (new fuel too, i put about 5 litres of NEW fuel in it yesterday) upto the filter(it pours out when i pull the line off the filter).
so what could it be? vapour lock? if so how can i prime the system?
got any other ideas? its just got the 4ac in it right now.
any ideas on what to try/trouble shoot would be great. cheers.
