what type of tyres you go on it dude? if they are yokos it would be understandable to flat spot them to the point where it might make a difference, however i would have to agree i don't believe that this is your problem, check out you tred on the tyres around the whole tyre and let us know how they are, i would think that they would have a noticable flat spot for it to be making noise
