I agree with Norbie. The 18RC can maybe be made decent, but it wont be anything more than a gemy beater. Ive had extractors on my 18Rc, and it has made it a lil bit better. I had plans on a weber until money and um... other considerations popped up. That and the fact that it isnt running now.
So in short, get a 180 dollar set of extractors and a 50 dollar carb and save for a decent engine. 1G is the way to go here
