4/5ths of fuck all anything that increases total flow of a system needs to be supported by the flow character of the rest of the system in order to realise results. headers will do nothing but look good and sound different on an otherwise stock engine. even on my engine, gains were minimal - really minimal. to make it worthwhile, you really need to port, cam, and intake your eninge in a LARGE way.
