Well if you havent allready you could port match the headers and intake, these are tiny gains but for NA its what you have to do to make the differences. Have you allready increased the size of the factory exhaust system? if not thats a good thing to do as well, the stock item is piss small and restrictive.
As ED said it takes a lot of money to make a NA hum. Probhably the best thing you could do to get the most gain in one hit is to buy an aftermarket ecu and get it dyno tuned, at that point you may as well also get some adjustable cam gears.. on that point how many 7M guys would be interested in a set? im thinking of getting some made up.
you could also throw in some bigger cams, theres not all that much to pull apart to get them in but the cost is pretty big again, and dont forget youll need to re-shim as well.
