What mods could I do that don't require the engine being pulled apart again?

Try bolting a turbo onto it. Technically you won't have to pull the motor apart again until the headgasket blows. Laughing

I bet right now you're thinking "why didn't I port/polish/modify the head whilst it was off?" You could do all the extractors, CAI blah blah blah but on an otherwise stock engine it'll do bugger all.

Agree with 1RALLY about the aftermarket management though - the stock computer is probably one of the biggest restrictions to HP, esp if you are modding the engine.
