Yup, will have to shorten the tailshaft to accomodate the bigger diff, that's been taken into account. I've got the rear half of the RA28 tailshaft so have the yoke and pinion for that end, now I need the gearbox end. I've located one, but it's only the front bit (not complete tailshaft) so seeing as it's not serviceable I guess I'll need to cut and shut both ends of my Corolla tailshaft to get it right... Unless I can find a complete AE71/86 tailshaft?

I suppose might be a good idea to try to locate an AE71/86 T50 before I do all of this, have been looking for ages but can't find any for any reasonable amount of money! I guess doesn't help that it's in high demand and not-so-high availability...
