For the cheapest, easiest conversion, install the redtop out of the ae92. This has been covered many times before, just do a search.
Better yet, sell your current car and buy an ae82 twincam. You'll waste a lot of time and money putting a bluetop in your ae82, especially since the ae82 twinky's already have this engine. Plus they have better stuff, eg. rear disc brakes, better interior, etc.
