Providing that the bearings and hub seal are the same and they don't sit out or in from where the original ones are then yes you should be able to use them with your calipers.
You may have enogh clearance to get the pads to fit but if not then you can get some materail taken off the pads or better yet get the dics machined down a bit but not to far and all should be well.
Thats what i would do anyway.
