The blue top is the 86kw TVIS engine out of the Twincam.
We've done the conversion in an AE82 from a 4AC and it's a totally different car. Very tractable, plenty of power, feels good on the road. Bought a Twincam wreck and swapped brakes, front swaybar etc etc. Suggest you upgrade the brakes if you do the engine swap. You'll also need the EFI fuel tank and fuel line.
Having done the conversion though, apart from the satisfaction of doing it youself, the price of Twinkies has come down a lot and the advice is right - you might be better to buy one rather than do an engine swap. If you get one with a blown engine it'll be cheap and you can use your engine.
