cheers all for replies.
it fired using some aero start a mate brought round. i think i just have a clogged jet( suggestion of a ex bike mechanic i work with).
it wont be timing, it hasnt been touched and ran well before it was parked. i had a look inside the dizz aswell. and the spark, i just checked no.1, pulled the lead off and earthed it.
