NO!!!
do not look down a carburettor on an engine that has ANY possibility of backfiring, as yours does, some might even say never look down a carburettor full stop. if it backfires up at you and you're lucky you'll get away with singed eyebrows, it only goes downhill from there, especially if it blows a stack of fuel droplets back up at your face, as carbs often do. if you must look down the carburettor, go buy a $2 mirror from a cheap shop
