The cost to get either modified to fit in a Celica is the same. It might cost another $50 to get it restudded to a 4 stud. There are 2 pluses: MS112 comes with disc brakes (and if the brakes aren't big enough, I have outlined a multitude of upgrades in multiple posts), and MS112 diff is a better diff (bigger axles and double row axle bearings).
