i race 4wd and the blacktop does seem to cause more trouble one of my mate has had three black tops to one of the silvertops. some silvertops only come with vvt and some come with vvti, the vvti switches on and of at several diffrent positions where the vvt only switches on and off at one set pricible namly 4,400rpm. with an afetr market computor like the link which runs a tps map and the vvt you can preset your rpm setting for when it switches on and off. havong said that another guy in the group has a 86kw 16v whick has had head work and its as quick if not quicker than all the 20v, at this stage i know of a guy that has 122k at wheels in his 20v sierra, but is now going turbo cant wait to see it.
