What is the result of the modifications? better ride, sportier feel, an improvvement over stock setup 6. How much have you spent on modifications? $2000 ( including new motor ) 7. Why have you modified your car? Because i knew the celica had more potentail thawhat toyota gave it - so poured some $$ into it - and made it handle and go like it SHOULD HAVE all along 8. Do you find you are more of a target for police? No 9. Is modifying your car worth the hassle and cost? Its a good hobby if you have the money to spend - and budget what yoiu have 10. Is your car road legal? yes 11. Why do you think car modifications are so popular and in what age groups? It seems to be popular with all age groups - from the young kid restoring his old 4 cyl car to make it better to the rich guy rebuilding his E type jag from scratch Its popular becasue i feel if gives car owners a more " i did that" approach to their cars - more pride in what they own and a sense of accomplishment 12. Any other comments. Modifying your car is fun - as long as you follow the law - and not go out to drive like an idiot . Idiots who get out there and plow their modified car into a tree street racing for example get what the deserve - its just a shame genuine car enthusiasts hobbies get dragged down with them [Report message to a moderator]
