There's a bit more to it than just bolting on the head.
5MGE runs a timing belt, 4M/5M/5ME runs a chain so you'll have to swap all of that over.
Depending on which 4M you plan to run, your compression ratio at best will be 8.5:1. You will increase combustion chamber capacity and decrease the swept volume.
With the 5MGE head, the distributor will not foul....only on the SOHC head does this happen.
