Assuming youve got a non standard dash you should be able to ftp into the xbox from your pc and grab the data off the xbox disc... then you can burn using any burning program...
use craxtion or gdfimage etc. to make an xiso first though if you want them to read faster / better in the xbox drives.
PS AFAIK there is no way to read an xbox disc in a winblows pc.
