One thing I noticed is that you've got the intake pipe onto the throttle body flipped 180degrees so it fits RWD. Have you still got the throttle position sensor plugged in? I found I couldn't plug mine in unless I made a spacer to lift that intake pipe up a cm or two.
The TPS has 4 wires to it, +5v, earth, signal, but importantly also a wire which senses if the throttle is fully closed. If the TPS is not plugged in, maybe the computer isn't realising it should be idling.
