I will answer both your questions. They are off a Corona around 1980 model and are the same as the ones on ke55 corolla but are 14inch instead of 13inch.
And no they don't come with tyres at that price but I do have 4 roadworthy tyres but that will double the price. Still not bad as two of the tyres cost me over $100 each.(Dunlop Lemans 185/65R14).
