MATE!!!!! you gotta spray the clear while the paint is still wet (basically straight after you paint) so it can stick together and give the shine...
- you need clear, thinners and hardener
- with the hardener there are different types, high solid, medium solid and low solid depending on the finish you want
- further to that there are 2 ratios, 2:1 OR 4:1... standard is 4:1 (but it depends on the hardener you bought), ie, 1000ml clear: 250ml hardener: small cap full of thinners (just to make spraying easy)
- when spraying the clear mix you should do bout 2-3 coats depending on how it is sprayed, ie, 2 nice/full coats OR 1 dust coat and 2 nice coats (leave bout 5-10min between coats)
NOW since you have already done the paint this is what you can do... allow the paint to dry (i would leave it for 3-4 days for perfect result), rub it back with either 1200 or 2000, wax and grease it and then do the clear
KEEP IN MIND I AM TALKING BOUT 2PAC, IF YOU HAVE DONE ACRYLIC THEN YOU MAY NEED TO RUB IT BACK WITH 800 IT JUST DEPENDS ON HOW SMOOTH THE PAINT JOB CAME OUT
