I had to strip mine down for a rebuild... my CT20B had shitty worn-out seals. Firstly it had to have a steel wheel put in place of the ceramic wheel... once these come off you can't put them back on again. Confused While they were at it, I said to them (Precision Turbos) to hi-flow it - only cost a couple hundred more for the privilege, but will save me a heap down the track when I'd do it anyway. Turns out they couldn't hi-flow the stock CT20B as the bearings and housing and shaft were all too small, in their words, "it was a mess to rebuild". They snagged a second-hand CT26 and hi-flowed that instead. A 56mm steel comp wheel was put in, and as I understand it, the turbine wheel isn't that much bigger than the CT20B's so lag won't be a problem. It will come on probably 100-200 RPM later than the CT20B, which is what I can live with.

I got it back now, and it's being refitted up.
