Hmm this is all testing my memory...
Ok on the circuit open relay you should have the following 5 pins -
STA / B1 / FP
E1 / X / FC
STA - triggers the relay when cranking the engine. This wire goes to the starter soloniod.
B1 - this is what powers the relay. It comes from the main relay (which should also be powering your ECU). The main relay is triggered by ING + , supplying both circuit open relay and ECU with power.
FP - Goes to the fuel pump
E1 - earth
FC - wire from AFM, this triggers the circuit open relay when the AFM flap is open.
I hope this helps you troubleshoot the problem.
