a 165SR13 tyre, is a 165/82/13 in modern terms. older toyotas usually had a tyre placard in the glovebox, does yours?
there is a decent tyre calculator on my garage page http://www.superjamie.net/garage/
if that is the correct size for your car, and i suspect it would be, then a 165/60/14 is a drive reduction of 8%. when you're doing 100km/h on your speedo, you're really doing 92km/h. when you're doing 108km/h on the speedo, you're really doing 100km/h. this also makes your rolling diameter less, so your car will launch quicker  but have a lower top speed
185/75/13s are a 1.1% increase, i would think that 185/70/13s would be better, at 1.9% reduction
you can also work out the height of your wheel from these numbers (sidewall is a percentage of width, eg: a 200/50/13 tyre has a 100mm sidewall). obviously, two sidewalls plus the diameter of the wheel - and note that if you reduce your wheel height by more than 15mm from stock, then you can be defected (wheel and tyre changes outside this can be engineered, sometimes)
