Yep your original tyre size would have been 165R14 which as Super Jamie points out equates to a 165/82/14 tyre. This figure gives a diamter of 626.2mm, and as such your cureent tyres are too small. Ideally you want to find some 195/70/14's or 205/65/14's for your car to keep your speedo accurate.
your current tyres being 185/75/13 are more suited to cars that originally had 165R13 tyres, like TA22's.
