With those cams you want to be revving it to about 9000RPM (dependent on the rest of the motor) to actually reach the power range of the cams. Considering you say you have changed the pulley on the blower to further increase blower speed, at the said 9000RPM you would probably be exceeding the safe rotational speed for the blower or at very least be working well out of its efficiency range. That is without taking into consideration the life expectancy of the con rods at that RPM
If you have got 304-304 cams then it might be worth trying a pair of 18RG (early model) cams and see if it makes a difference.
