Interested to see someone come up with syth oil... I just returned from a trip from Alice to Adelaide in my 2003 Camry Sportivo running Penzzoil synthetic 5-50 and the little 2.4 VVT purred at 140km for most of the 1500kms....
For the other guy wanting fast acceleration I think the 6 might have been a better choice.... but the four is an excellent cruiser with terrific economy!! 880 kms for 70 lts at speed!
Compared to the new 6's and $1.30 per litre from the roadhouses on the Stuart Highway... that's bloody good
