Intake manifold makes no difference; the SC14 is externally mounted so you just run pipes from the blower(s) to the manifold, just like a turbo. There's no requirement to put a blower on each side of the engine, just put them wherever you can. Hell you could mount them in the boot if you could figure out a way to drive them!
As for the fuel pump, there are plenty of options but for a large-ish boosted engine you're going to need something fairly heavy duty. I'm running a Walbro pump (400hp 2JZ-GTE) which might be enough for your application, but if you're going nuts you might need twin pumps.
