if you know the difference between them based on vehicle or manufacturer dates, you can usually just give toyota a ring and they'll get you the right part no

for example, not "i'm looking for a 41psi 4age regulator" but maybe "i'm looking for a regulator from an ae92 sx" or "i'm looking for a regulator from a 05/1995 1.6L corolla"

(those are just examples, i don't know what car your 41psi regulator really does from from)
