Yes, it's a pain in the ass job to remove the bush. Installing the new bush can be even harder. Practically an impossible job without a hydraulic press. Buy the parts and take them to a workshop for fitting (Midas, Pedders etc.) My local Pedders do bush and ball joint remove and refit for $5ea.

New replacements for control arm would be stocked by Toyota some time ago but NLA now. Try second hand. If you find an arm with good bush and ball joints too you can kill two birds with one stone.
