If that's what happened then technically I imagine it would be considered a car-jacking. A mate of mine had his Liberty RS stolen while he was standing beside it with the engine running. I think from memory he was insured with the NRMA and they spent months dicking him around while investigating it. They made him go to a lot of effort to prove he wasn't in cohorts with the thief before they ended up paying the claim.. What sort of car was it? [Report message to a moderator]
