hi Lucid thax for ur reply, would you mind asking your mate that had his car stolen, did the insurance company refuse his claim at first? or they just try to take their time in the investigation? because my friend was telling me that he heard that insurance company never payout to stolen car that had the key inside the car because it is negligent on the driver, so they are not responsible.
