Yeh easily get it done in three days, also with three mates. It shouldnt take that long to do. The things that stopped me from doing it much easier was that i didnt know much about what was going where. But learned from the mistakes. Best way to do it is start from the bottom of the front of the engine and work your way up. Make sure that everything is tight, and on the right way.. he he.. Also good tip, when you take the cam off, and as you are taking the head off tie a string to the timing chain cog, so you have an idea of the right timing when you put the new one on. there should be 2 chains, umm.. i forget u know.. Ill have to get back to you on that one. But yeh, its a pain in the bum to do, but once you do it, it goes like a dream.
