Generally no once a battery is no longer capable of taking a charge either the electrolyte is dead or u have twisted plates. There are products out there that claim to revive batteries but I wouldn't waste my money. The average life of a car battery is only about 5-7 yrs anyway . Running lead acid completely flat ain't good either they're generally not deep cycle batteries unless they're leisure batteries for caravans and stuff
