Under $3k in parts. Included everything from the R154 box, to pedals, hard lines, crossmembers, *new* clutch & flywheel etc.
I was able to run on the standard ECU, but I went out & bought a PowerFC cos I've done more mods since then.

Since doing all the work myself, it cost $0 to install Very Happy
