 Lost my ignition spark

just put efi on and after refitting the loom and pump I seem to not have spark anymore, the only possibilities were i could have lost it is, From what i did. is.
1) In the loom something like a wire has come appart,
2) I pulled a few wires of the coil to reterminate them and replaced them (in what i thought was the right terminal.
The computer is still active thought i think there is one light which use to flash when cranking and now it doesnt it has a lable of , i think the light was called pulse something.
So how could i go about testing were i have a lost connection. I had the car running the day before so it is definitely something.
