whilst the 4.1 is a hefty motor and doesn't like to rev, it sure does make torque.

you could fit one of the AIT twin turbo kits.. a mate of mine is doing that now with (i think) 2x T25G's

we did some calcs for it.. a 4.1 with even 7psi boost is still comparable with a 1JZ with 14psi...
the 1J is 2.5L no? in a heacy car like the XF, you need capacity to get the torque to get the slug moving Wink

a 2J would be a better start, and a 1UZ, even better...

but do it anyway, not enough people have a go at things like this!!
